Animator Helper Apps
A downloadable tool for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android
There's 25 apps that run in most browsers. There's some apps that use your computer's camera, some physics simulations for studying how objects move (You can screen cap really fast to keep the results, record your browser window or right-click to save the image, but be quick about it).
There's a video player that you can trace the image for rotoscoping, save the image by right-clicking on it. Use it as reference or for rotoscoping. You can also trace the video frame live and use that in real-time reference.

Apps List:
Anamatic (add images and audio, click the button to flip to the next image in sequence with the audio to create an anamatic. the Anamatic will be in 16:9 aspect ratio regardless of your images size, they will be squished to 16:9 in the video output)
ConSheet (grabs frames from a video, save as a single large .png, becareful, this might be a huge file)
Tail/Whip Sim ( study how a tail or whip works in an arc, pair with a screen redore for best results) Study
Arm Swing Sim (another simulation of arcs, pair with screen recorder for best results)
BallBounce Sim (Ball simulator, change stuff like gravity for a vertical simuation, pair with a screen recorder for best results) Study
BPM Calculator (a random bpm frame counter)
Height Chart (use transparent .png files, use the "draw head heigh" option to draw a circle and the head height chart will change. Additionally, use the input in pixels to change the head height chart. Not all .png files work)
*Inbetweener 2026 (small animation program with heart, contains folder with templates in main app folder)
Jiggle Sim (study jiggle simulation, pair with a screen recorder to view back results)
Lip Sync (playback an audio file and use the phenoms to list when they appear/frame, it's a bit advanced and hard to use sometimes)
Pose Ref (upload images so you can reference them while animating/drawing)
Compare Vid (play two videos together to compare them ex. Video and roto animation
Silhouette Cam (black and white image to test your objects silhouette)
Stop Motion Cam (use to make primative stop motion, use the sliders to lineup the camera view incase it is unaligned)
Trace Vid Cam (draw/annotate/write on a video frame, right-click on the screen to save the image, can be used for rotoscoping assist)
skip frame Vplayer (study your videos frame-by-frame 1, 2 or 3 frames at a time)
Video Recorder (record video using your computers camera, use it with "Trace Video" as reference video in app)
Onion Skin (add images in sequence and see if they are working well, change the overlap of the with the Onion skin slider, save a .webm video as reference)
Palette Maker (save Palette as .png and use it in your art)
Particle FX (particles, can be used to study water, splashes, emburs, so on) Study
Pendulum Sim (swings a Pendulum, use it to study Arcs, Timing, frame-to-frame, pair with a screen recorder or be fast and snap a screen shot) Study
