2d frame-by-frame animation program. It's the closest thing to animating on paper. Comes with sample projects and readme files.

You can use your Wacom, Cintiq, Ipad (web version) , or drawing tablet, or mouse, to draw. 

 Open the readme.md file using windows notepad or any text reader (right-click ~~> Open with...). It'll help you answer any questions you may have on how to use the app. , after you've purchased and downloaded the .zip file.
