I finally released the app that I have been working on for the last couple of months. I've used OpenToonz, it never worked with my Wacom Cintiq. I tried variants of it as well from other people, still doesn't work. I tried other apps will little to no luck with what I needed in an animation frame-to-frame app. So, I decided to make my own. There's no super bells and whistles and you'll need an outside app to make the animation files from the drawn frames. It works for me and I hope it'll work for you too. Currently working on a 2D animation show and so far, it's doing the job.  If you have photoshop and can afford to keep it, use AnimDessin2, then try my app and see what it can do for you as well.
